Garhshankar, August 6- According to the information given by Executive Officer Harjit Singh from Municipal Council Garhshankar, the Punjab government has given a big relief to the city residents to deposit property tax till August 15 without penalty and interest.
He said that property owners can deposit their property tax from the year 2013-14 to July 31, 2025 without any penalty and interest in the Municipal Council till August 15.
He appealed to all the property owners coming within the limits of Garhshankar that they can get relief from penalty and interest by depositing their property taxes within the stipulated time. He said that people should take full advantage of this exemption given by the Punjab government.
