The union leaders said that the AAP government has failed to end the contractual system in the departments and to implement minimum wages and issued circulars to district education officers to recruit cleaners at Rs 3000/ and watchmen at Rs 5000/ in 8000 government schools. It has been asked to recruit, which will be opposed. He said that copies of such letters will be burnt during the rally and reminders will be given to the government.
