If you cannot do justice to Dalits like me, then I will sit silently. On this, the Deputy Speaker said that action will be taken against the person who misbehaved. A notice will be issued to the MLA.
Meanwhile, the Leader of Opposition in the Punjab Vidhan Sabha, Partap Singh Bajwa, told the Deputy Speaker that you should check the recording, who took the initiative will be known. Meanwhile, Speaker Kultar Sandhwan also came to the House. The Leader of Opposition, Bajwa, told him that an AAP MLA had earlier accused the Congress MLA of selling chits. However, the Congress MLA also did not behave properly at that time. The entire record should be checked. However, later, Partap Bajwa apologized on behalf of the party MLA, after which the House was adjourned indefinitely.
Along with this, the bill against the sacrilege of religious scriptures presented in the Punjab Vidhan Sabha could not be passed. It has now been sent to the Select Committee of the Vidhan Sabha for further consideration. The committee will take opinion on it from religious organizations. For this, 6 months have been given. This bill provides for punishment ranging from 10 years to life imprisonment for desecration of scriptures of all four religions.
