Garhshankar, July 12: Fulfilling his commitment to the development of villages and providing facilities to the youth, Jai Krishan Singh Rori, Constituency MLA and Deputy Speaker Vidhan Sabha today presented hundreds of solar lights to 22 villages.
These solar lights will be installed in the panchayats of Emma Jatta, Akalgarh, Bhatpur Jatta, Bharowal, Bhawanipur Bhagta, Chak Hajipur, Dansiwal, Deron, Dugri, Fatehpur Khurd, Helra, Hiatpur, Jeewanpur Jatta, Jhenowal, Jagatpur Jatta, Khabra, Lehra, Mansowal, Rasulpur, Sadarpur, Shahpur and Soli of the constituency.
On this occasion, the village sarpanches, panches and people thanked Deputy Speaker Rori sincerely and said that with the efforts of constituency MLA Rori, the streets of the villages will now be illuminated, the problems faced in night traffic will be removed and a safe and comfortable environment will be created for the youth.
Deputy Speaker Rori said that, the progress of villages is my first priority. It is my responsibility to bring comfort and convenience in the lives of the people and provide good opportunities for the youth. In the future, development works will be done as per the needs of every village in the constituency.
With this effort, the light reaching the villages has created a wave of happiness among the people and people have openly appreciated the developmental efforts of Rori.
