
Instructions to work seriously on recovery matters: Deputy Commissioner Ashika Jain

On this occasion, she directed the Tehsildars and Naib Tehsildars to take full seriousness in matters related to recovery and prepare a list of defaulters and take further steps.

The Deputy Commissioner, while reviewing the preparation of the "Easy Registration" portal, said that through this, the process of registration is being made more transparent and easy. She also reviewed the progress of the "Mera Ghar Mere Naam" scheme.
Ashika Jain stated the need to complete the tasks like mapping and deposit update according to Khasra at the earliest. She gave instructions to settle the pending mutation cases at the earliest, especially mutations related to the Water Resources Department, and asked to give priority to them. He reviewed the work of PLRS and stressed on the early completion of the digitalization of Masavi (village maps).
During the meeting, the Deputy Commissioner gave a message to the officers to work with transparency, timeliness and accountability and said that the revenue system is directly connected to the common people, hence any kind of negligence will not be tolerated.
On this occasion, Additional Deputy Commissioner (Development) Nicas Kumar, Additional Deputy Commissioner (General) Amarbir Kaur Bhullar, SDM Hoshiarpur Gursimranjit Kaur, SDM Dasuha Kanwaljit Singh, DRO Larsen Singla and other officers were also present.
