Hisar: – Aam Aadmi Party has strongly condemned the Haryana government for increasing the rate of mustard oil by two and a half times for the BPL ration card holders living below the poverty line.
In a statement issued to the press, the party's district president Rajendra Sorki said that the Bharatiya Janata Party, which claims to be the well-wisher of the poor, has made a bad joke with the poor by increasing the price of 2 liters of mustard oil available at the ration depot from Rs 40 to Rs 100.
The government has proved to be an anti-poor government by increasing the price by such a huge amount and stabbing the poor in the back. He said that the Aam Aadmi Party will strongly oppose this decision taken by the government against the poor people and if needed, it will have to take to the streets for protests.
District President of the party Rajendra Sorki said that the government has recently broken the back of the people of the state by increasing the electricity rates by almost four times. The BJP government is taking anti-people decisions one after the other, due to which there is anger among the people of the state.
The anger of the people will cost the government dearly.
The Aam Aadmi Party will ensure its participation in every struggle by standing shoulder to shoulder with the people.
