Congress observers took the pulse: Lal Bahadur Khowal.

Haryana/Hisar: All India Congress Committee observer and MLA from Rajasthan Rita Chaudhary and State Congress Committee observer Lal Bahadur Khowal, State President Haryana Congress Legal Department and former minister Jagdish Yadav met Congress leaders and workers of Charkhi Dadri district at the local Public Works Department rest house and held consultations regarding the district president.

Haryana/Hisar: All India Congress Committee observer and MLA from Rajasthan Rita Chaudhary and State Congress Committee observer Lal Bahadur Khowal, State President Haryana Congress Legal Department and former minister Jagdish Yadav met Congress leaders and workers of Charkhi Dadri district at the local Public Works Department rest house and held consultations regarding the district president. 
Lal Bahadur Khowal said that the central leadership is very serious about the organization and for this, a series of meetings is going on across the state. 
While inviting applications for the district president, caste equations will also be taken care of in the organization as per the instructions of Rahul Gandhi and in view of this, discussions were also held with social workers, people associated with sports, education and doctor profession.
Earlier, Rita Chaudhary, Lal Bahadur Khowal and Jagdish Yadav reached the rest house as per their scheduled program where Congress workers welcomed them with flower garlands. Addressing the leaders and workers in the meeting hall, the observers said that learning lessons from the results of the recent assembly elections, there is now a need to unite and strengthen the organization.
He said that people between the age of 35 and 55 years will be given preference for the district head of the party but there is no age restriction. The opinion of senior leaders and workers will be taken and priority will be given to those who have been associated with the party for a long time and are also connected to the ground and have the ability to take everyone along.
State Congress Committee observer Lal Bahadur Khowal said that a panel of 6 people will be made from Dadri district and sent to the high command. He said that for this, one-to-one talks will be held with the leaders and workers at the Public Works Department rest house in Dadri from 10:30 am to 4 pm for three consecutive days.
During this time, former CPS Ransingh Mann, former MLA Dharampal Sangwan, former MLA Sombir Singh Sheoran, former MLA Sombir Sangwan, former MLA Colonel Raghubir Singh Chhillar, former MLA Sukhwinder Mandhi, former MLA Nripendra Sheoran, former MLA Nripendra Sangwan, Manisha Sangwan and hundreds of leaders and workers were present.
