Garhshankar, June 3- A cold sweet water festival was organized by the Sangat of village Pipliwal in Adda Jhungian of Beet area today. The servants spent the whole day pouring cold sweet water to the common people and also distributed gram prasad along with it. 
Bindu Bhumbla and Pinka Bhumbla from the management committee said that the villagers had organized this festival together so that the passers-by could be served in this summer season.
