It was decided in the meeting that the seniority list of daily wage workers will be reviewed again and whatever objections are received will be reviewed by the Screening Review Committee by the department. Thus it was decided that forest employees will not be removed from work.
If needed, the union employee will be dismissed and he will be called to work only as per the need of the work. It was decided that the regional offices used to delay paying salaries to the forest employees every month, now they will be bound to pay salaries on the 10th of every month under all circumstances. Separate instructions will be issued by the Principal Chief Forester to the regional offices for consideration of the issues of retirement of old employees.
So that there will be no effect on the employees if the work is less or more. In the meeting, the Principal Chief Forester presented the data of the employees in the meeting, in which the regularization of daily wage employees was discussed in particular. The figures of the employees left out in the 2011 policy are as follows: 72 employees left out in the Forest 2011 policy will be considered regular from 2011.
In this way, 506 employees will be regularized as per the policy of 16-05-2023. In this way, 378 employees will also be regularized by including them in the 2023 policy. The Chief Forester assured the leaders that the approval of the Finance Department and the Personnel Department will be issued in the near future and they will be given regularization orders accordingly. In this way, in the meeting, regarding the issues of regularization of employees of Forest Corporation and salary etc., General Manager of Punjab State Forest Corporation, Mr. Sanjay Bansal also assured that soon the employees of Forest Corporation will also be made on the lines of the department. In this way, other demands of the employees of Forest Wildlife Forest Corporation will also be discussed and decision will be taken.

After meeting the officials, the leaders held their separate meeting and announced the postponement of the indefinite strike that was to begin in front of Van Bhawan and expressed satisfaction over the talks held on the demands.
