The grand cultural annual Jor Mela of Baba Bala Pir Ji was celebrated with great devotion in the village of Sarhal, Kazian, with the support of the residents of Vikhe Nagar and NRIs. On the first day of the fair, the flag ceremony was held at 4 pm, followed by a program of Nakals at 5 pm.
 On the second day of the fair, a cultural program was organized in which famous singers Kaur Sisters Prameet Kaur and Harmeet Kaur sang their hit songs and wowed the audience. After them, Harman German, Manmohan Bhatti, Seema Bhatti and other singers also sang the praises of Data Ji. 
On this occasion, tea pakora langar and Data Ji's langar were served continuously. This fair was organized with the support of the Management Committee (Razi) Gram Panchayat of Village Sarhal, Kazian, all residents of the town and NRIs.
