
Bibi Amanjot Kaur Ramoowalia's meeting with Union Minister Hardeep Singh Puri.
S.A.S. Nagar, May 22- Bharatiya Janata Party's Central Committee member Bibi Amanjot Kaur Ramoowalia held a special meeting with Union Petroleum Minister Hardeep Singh Puri. Giving information, she said that during the meeting she apprised Mr. Hardeep Singh Puri of the ground situation in Punjab and told him that at present the young generation of Punjab is drowning in drugs, traders are getting threats daily and people are being shot at to extract ransom from them.

She said that she drew the attention of the Union Minister to the fact that the employees' organizations of Punjab are fighting for basic rights, small traders, shopkeepers and laborers are being ignored by the government. Due to the loose grip of law and order, gangsters are spreading terror, due to which the peace-loving common Punjabi is living in a fearful environment.
He informed that Union Minister Shri Hardeep Singh Puri listened to all the issues very seriously and expressed concern that the Aam Aadmi Party government is pretending something else, but the ground reality of Punjab is something else. Amanjot Ramoowalia said that the Union Minister directed him to reach out to the affected sections along with the BJP leaders and workers of Punjab, raise their voice and draw the attention of the Punjab government towards resolving these issues.
