
Drug Detoxification Yatras Organized in All Assembly Constituencies of Hoshiarpur District
Garhshankar May 22: As part of the statewide campaign being run by the Punjab Government under the leadership of Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann for the complete eradication of drugs, drug detoxification yatras were organized in all the assembly constituencies of Hoshiarpur district. Local MLAs, administrative officers, social organizations, youth and citizens participated enthusiastically in these yatras.

In Sham Churasi assembly constituency, an awareness rally was organized in Bassi Nau, Mughalpura and Kakkon under the leadership of Cabinet Minister Dr. Ravjot Singh. In Chabbewal assembly constituency, yatras were organized in Badial, Harkhowal, Bhatrana Dhingangadh under the leadership of Lok Sabha Member Dr. Raj Kumar Chabbewal and MLA Dr. Ishank. In Garhshankar, Deputy Speaker Jai Krishna Singh Raudi conducted an awareness campaign in Billon, Salempur and Rampur. In Hoshiarpur, MLA Bram Shankar Jimpa led a rally in Boothgarh, Ram Colony Camp and Chhauni Kalan.
In Udmur Tanda assembly constituency, MLA Jasvir Singh Raja Gill conducted an awareness campaign in Patti Talwandi Sallan, Talwandi Dadian and Sehbazpur. In Dasuha, MLA Karambir Singh Ghuman conducted anti-drug rallies in Bajwa, Udra and Bengalipur. Mukerian assembly constituency in-charge Prof. G.S. Multani conducted rallies in Bhalowal, Rally and Dagan.
