SAS Nagar, 21 May: Government Polytechnic College (GPC), Khunimajra has achieved remarkable success at the prestigious State-Level PTIS Tech Fest, securing seven awards across various technical and academic categories. The institution’s students showcased exceptional innovation, teamwork, and technical acumen, bringing great pride to the college community.
GPC Khunimajra earned First Prizes in Electrical Engineering Project, Mechanical Engineering Project, and Modern Office Practice (MOP) Project, along with a Third Prize in Applied Science Project, highlighting the students' strong practical skills and creativity. 
In the academic domain, the college also secured the First Prize in Electrical Engineering Paper Presentation, Second Prize in Mechanical Engineering Paper Presentation, and Third Prize in MOP Paper Presentation, demonstrating academic excellence and effective communication across disciplines.
These outstanding achievements were made possible under the dedicated mentorship of faculty members. Dr. Anshu Sharma, Head of the Electrical Engineering Department and Convenor of the Innovation Cell, served as the project in-charge for the Electrical Engineering Project, Electrical Paper Presentation, and the MOP Project. 
Ms. Purnima mentored the MOP Paper Presentation, Mr. Sanjiv Jindal led the Mechanical Engineering Project, and Dr. Anubhav Tahim guided the Mechanical Engineering Paper Presentation. The Applied Science Project was successfully supervised by Ms. Shivani Sharma.
College Principal Ms. Raksha Kiran congratulated all students and faculty members, stating, “This victory reflects the dedication, talent, and innovation our institution fosters. We are extremely proud of our students and the faculty who supported them.”
