Death occurs when the victim's breathing, heart and brain function stops. Due to excessive bleeding and vomiting of blood or something gets stuck in the windpipe. He said that breathing, heart and brain can be stopped by laying the victim in recovery or ventilator position. But water should not be given to unconscious heart attack victims because water goes into the windpipe and breathing stops.
He gave information about how to avoid heart attack, cardiac arrest, unconscious shock, black jaundice, sugar blood pressure, intoxication, tobacco, cigarette etc. and how to save victims in emergency situations. School incharge Inspector Jaspal Singh expressed his gratitude and said that for the last 45 years, Shri Kaka Ram Verma ji has been trying to make angels helping the victims by training students, teachers, police factory employees.
Most deaths can be prevented by giving proper first aid, CPR, ventilator artificial respiration and on-the-spot care to the injured. Therefore, training from subject experts like Kaka Ram Verma is necessary. Kaka Ram Verma appealed to the youth, citizens and employees to become volunteers of civil defense and helpful friends of the victims.
