Today, under the leadership of Founder President Satish Kumar Soni, Adarsh Social Welfare Society Punjab planted langar of saplings at Shri Vishwakarma Temple. In which Senior Vice President Dr. Lakhwinder Kumar, Happy Sadhowal, keynote speaker Jagdish Roy, Ajaiv Singh Boparai, Jasveer Singh, Sukhwinder Saini, Principal Bikar Singh, Hardev Roy, Sandy Bajjalanwala etc. specially participated.

This langar of plants was planted under the Save Earth, Save Daughter campaign being run by the Society for the last eight years, in which shady, fruitful and flowering plants were distributed to the blood donors who came to the voluntary blood donation camp organized by Shivalik News President Satish Soni. Said that the society has planted hundreds of saplings in various schools and other public places under the Save the Earth campaign for the last six years.
On this occasion, Senior Vice President of the Society, Lakhwinder Kumar said that burning of wheat stubble by farmers is a very unfortunate act. Due to which the fertility of the land is destroyed and the friendly animals in the land are harmed.
