MLA Kulwant Singh raised the issue of deployment of necessary staff in the dispensaries of Sector-69 and village Saneta in the Assembly.

Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar March 25, 2025: Today, on the third day of the 8th session of the 16th Punjab Vidhan Sabha, Aam Aadmi Party MLA from SAS Nagar, Mohali, Kulwant Singh raised the issue of deployment of necessary staff in the dispensaries of Sector-69 and village Saneta.

Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar March 25, 2025: Today, on the third day of the 8th session of the 16th Punjab Vidhan Sabha, Aam Aadmi Party MLA from SAS Nagar, Mohali, Kulwant Singh raised the issue of deployment of necessary staff in the dispensaries of Sector-69 and village Saneta.
Kulwant Singh asked the Health and Family Welfare Minister in the Assembly that by when will the necessary health staff be deployed and health facilities be provided in the new buildings constructed to start dispensaries in Sector-69 of SAS Nagar and adjoining village Saneta and by when will the work of the dispensary building under construction in Sector-79 be completed.
Reacting to this, Health and Family Welfare Minister Dr. Balbir Singh said that health workers have been temporarily deployed to provide good health facilities in the buildings constructed to start dispensaries in Sector-69 of SAS Nagar and adjoining village Saneta. The Health Minister said that the work of the building of Urban Primary Health Center in Sector-79 is under construction, the revised details of the remaining work have been prepared at an estimated cost of Rs 151.03 lakh. After receiving the funds, it is expected to take 6 months to start the work and about 6 months to complete the construction work, i.e. about 12 months.
