Patiala- Those who died in the terrorist attack in Pahalgam or many attacks before it, world wars, natural and human disasters are forgotten after a few days by lighting candles and paying tribute, but those people, children, elderly, widows whose family members died in such attacks can never forget their deceased loved ones.
Therefore, it is necessary that children, youth, citizens and employees should be given first aid CPR training and mock drill to protect themselves and save the lives of victims during natural or human attacks. First aid, security, health, awareness mission and disaster management, civil defense chief of Government of India, first aid instructor Mr. Kaka Ram Verma said that such attacks will keep happening, wars are going on in many countries, because hatred, ego, pride, violence and looting are increasing in the hearts.
He said that after the First World War, in many countries, training, exercises and mock drills are organized two to three times a year for students, youth, NSS volunteers, NCC cadets, scout guides and Red Cross first aid volunteers to become helpful friends of the victims in childhood and youth, to protect themselves during natural and man-made attacks, wars and to help the needy. The trained students and youth feel very proud to become helping angels who prevent loss of life and property in emergency situations and help the victims.
In today's time, disaster management, civil defense, first aid, CPR, fire safety, rescue and transportation of victims, training exercises and mock drills are more important than food, water, education and entertainment, because they have the plant of Sanjeevani in their hands, just like Shri Guru Gobind Singh Ji saved the lives of thousands of injured soldiers through Bhai Ghanayya Ji. Kaka Ram Verma requested Punjab Government, District Deputy Commissioner, District Education Officers and social service organizations to start the mission of making helping angels of the victims by conducting training exercises and mock drills to rescue the dead during attacks, disasters, arson, gas leaks, electrical short circuits and sudden deaths.
In which with the help of ex-servicemen, doctors, nurses and civil defense officials, the youth of India and Punjab can be made helping angels to rescue the victims of terrorist and natural attacks. Kaka Ram Verma will organize free training exercises and mock drills.
