Modi, sharing an old picture of himself with Williams, said, “Welcome back to Earth, Earthlings missed you. This was a test of their determination, courage and boundless human spirit. Sunita Williams and the crew astronauts have once again shown us what determination really means.”
Sri Modi said that the unwavering determination of the crew in space will always inspire millions. He said, “Space exploration is about pushing the boundaries of human possibility, daring to dream and having the courage to turn those dreams into reality.”
Sunita Williams, a trailblazer and icon, has exemplified this spirit throughout her career. We are extremely proud of all those who worked tirelessly to ensure the safe return of astronauts. They have shown what can be achieved when precision meets passion and technology meets determination.”
