
Excellent performance of the students of Dohgi Upperli School in Deendayal Sparsh Scholarship Scheme
Una, March 18- In the Deendayal Sparsh Scholarship Scheme organized under the aegis of the Indian Postal Department, Ministry of Communication and Information Technology, Chief Postmaster General Himachal Pradesh Circle Shimla, ten students of Pandit Atma Ram Model High School Dohgi Upperli performed brilliantly and secured scholarships by securing the first ten positions.
Una, March 18- In the Deendayal Sparsh Scholarship Scheme organized under the aegis of the Indian Postal Department, Ministry of Communication and Information Technology, Chief Postmaster General Himachal Pradesh Circle Shimla, ten students of Pandit Atma Ram Model High School Dohgi Upperli performed brilliantly and secured scholarships by securing the first ten positions.
Superintendent Post Office Una Division Bhupinder Singh said that during a program held yesterday at Pandit Atma Ram Model High School Dohgi Upperli, he congratulated 10 students of class 7th to 9th and honored them by giving a cheque of Rs 6 thousand as scholarship from the department and encouraged the students. He said that the purpose of this competition by the Postal Department is to increase interest in stamp collection. Along with this, the aim is to provide financial assistance to the students.
In addition, the Principal of the school, Lakhanpal, expressed his gratitude to the Indian Postal Department and said that such competitions help in giving a new direction to the students. He congratulated the winning students and wished them a bright future.
Let us tell you, under the Deendayal Sparsh Scholarship Scheme by the Indian Postal Department, the divisional level examination phase was completed on 22 September 2024 and the second phase on 20 November 2024.
