Hoshiarpur - Congress party got a big boost today when Sarbat Da Bhala Welfare Society chairman Dr. PS Mann, general secretary Davinder Kaur Mann and office bearers of the society, AAP president Puran Singh from ward number 27 and other area residents joined the Congress.
Former minister Sundar Sham Arora inducted them into the Congress by putting a Sirope on them and said that they will be given full respect in the Congress party. On this occasion, Dr. Mann said that the way he has been serving the ward residents and the city residents for the last two and a half years. Those service works will continue in the same way and the ward residents will get all possible facilities and they will be available to the ward residents 24 hours a day.
He said that he will work in the Congress party with a spirit of service and whatever decision the party takes, he will accept it. He thanked the ward residents for supporting him in this decision and increasing his morale and respect by joining the Congress party. Congress councilors were also present on this occasion.
