Patiala:- The spirit of thieves has become so high that they do not have even a grain of fear when they steal from the Dargah of the Peers who fulfill the vows of the devotees. The incident is from the Dargah of Lakh Data Lalan Wala Peer Nigahe Wala located in the new basti Gugga Maidi of Badungar area.
While the residents of the area have expressed great protest over the incident of the Golak kept in the Dargah being stolen by an unknown person, giving information, Chief Sewadar Sunil Kumar Pinka said that they have been performing daily services here for a long time, like every day when they came to the Dargah, the Golak was missing from here.
When the residents of the area came to know about this incident, they gathered here and expressed great protest. According to the Sewadar, there would be about eight to ten thousand in cash in the Golak. A written report regarding the action taken in this matter has been given at Chowki Model Town.
He said that CCTV cameras will be installed here soon so that such thefts do not happen in the future. On this occasion, Tiku, Mahinder Kaur, Gogi, Darshan Singh, Mohan Singh, Ravi, Balwinder Kaur, Jaswinder Kaur, Rohit, Mehak, Harsh, Avinash, Sukhdev Singh, Bunty, Gary, Ajay Kumar, Ritu Rani, Raj Kumari, Savita, Manjit Kaur etc. were present.
