While the residents of the area have expressed great protest over the incident of the Golak kept in the Dargah being stolen by an unknown person, giving information, Chief Sewadar Sunil Kumar Pinka said that they have been performing daily services here for a long time, like every day when they came to the Dargah, the Golak was missing from here.
When the residents of the area came to know about this incident, they gathered here and expressed great protest. According to the Sewadar, there would be about eight to ten thousand in cash in the Golak. A written report regarding the action taken in this matter has been given at Chowki Model Town.
He said that CCTV cameras will be installed here soon so that such thefts do not happen in the future.
