Refresher course conducted by Malviya Mission Teacher Training Centre of the University

Patiala, February 28- The refresher course conducted by UGC Malviya Mission Teacher Training Centre of Punjabi University on the subject of 'Research Methodology (Science and Arts)' concluded today. Giving information about this, the Director of the Center, Prof. Raman Maini said that its farewell session organized through online mode was presided over by Prof. Rajiv Ahuja, Director of IIT Ropar.

Giving information about this, the Director of the Center, Prof. Raman Maini said that its farewell session organized through online mode was presided over by Prof. Rajiv Ahuja, Director of IIT Ropar.
In his presidential address, Prof. Ahuja emphasized the importance of this program and said that this program is a very good and unique platform for teachers of different institutions to share mutual understanding, do academic collaboration and collectively enhance their expertise.
He said that teachers are the builders of the country. They should be ideal role models for the students. Dr. Kulwinder Singh Malhi of University College of Engineering, present as a special guest, said in his speech that refresher courses are very important in the life of a teacher. Through these courses, teachers connect with new trends in knowledge, science and technology.
Center Director Prof. Raman Maini gave information about various activities conducted by the center and shared his views on UGC guidelines in this regard. Refresher Course Coordinator Dr. Richa Shri and Co-coordinator Prof. Harpreet Kaur also expressed their views.
