
Two-day 4th International North Zone Anatomy Symposium concluded at Desh Bhagat University
Mandi Gobindgarh, February 28- The 4th International North Zone Anatomy Symposium-2025 concluded successfully at Desh Bhagat University, Mandi Gobindgarh. The two-day event organized by the Department of Anatomy, Desh Bhagat Dental College and Hospital was attended enthusiastically by experts, scholars and students in the field of clinical anatomy.
Mandi Gobindgarh, February 28- The 4th International North Zone Anatomy Symposium-2025 concluded successfully at Desh Bhagat University, Mandi Gobindgarh. The two-day event organized by the Department of Anatomy, Desh Bhagat Dental College and Hospital was attended enthusiastically by experts, scholars and students in the field of clinical anatomy.
The event, titled “Integrated Approach in Clinical Anatomy: Linking Genetics, Public Health and Nutrition”, was inaugurated by Dr. Zora Singh, Chancellor, Desh Bhagat University and Dr. Tajinder Kaur, Pro-Chancellor. The event was attended by eminent experts like Dr. Deepti Garg (Austria), Dr. Inderjot Singh (CMC Ludhiana) and Dr. Navjot Kaur (Aadesh University), who led workshops and Continuing Medical Education (CME) sessions, enriching the learning experience for the attendees.
Besides, a cultural evening by singer Prince Inderpreet Singh added life to the event. During the closing session, Dr. Ramandeep Kaur and Ms. Shereen were honoured with the Sardar Lal Singh Memorial Faculty Young Scientist Award while Dr. Nitash Gupta and Ms. Sukhman Kaur were felicitated for their outstanding contribution in the field of research and education and received the Mata Jarnail Kaur Memorial Young Research Scholar Award.
