The Deputy Commissioner has appealed to the people not to go alone while going to the areas around the village. Do not go out of the house at night, especially avoid going out alone in the dark. If needed, go out of the house only with a torch, stick. Arrange adequate lighting around the houses. Take care of children and the elderly, do not let children and the elderly go out alone.
Keep pets safe, do not keep pets in the open. Keep them inside the house at night and keep the cattle in the enclosure. If you experience the presence of a leopard, make noise. Leopards usually run away in fear of noise. Do not go to the nearby forest or bushes.
In addition, he said that leopards often hide in bushes and dense forests. Avoid going to these places.
