MLA Jimpa inaugurates sewerage work in Ward No. 32 at a cost of Rs 4 lakh

20 February Hoshiarpur- MLA Brahm Shankar Jimpa today inaugurated sewerage work in the lane opposite Government Senior Secondary School Ghantaghar in Ward No. 32. The MLA inaugurated this work done at a cost of about Rs 4 lakh. On this occasion, he said that this work is small, but it was stuck for a long time and people were facing problems.

The MLA inaugurated this work done at a cost of about Rs 4 lakh. On this occasion, he said that this work is small, but it was stuck for a long time and people were facing problems.
He said that the Punjab government is committed to equal development of cities and villages. The priority of the state government is to provide basic amenities to the public on time. The MLA said that development works worth Rs 32 crore have been completed in Hoshiarpur in just two and a half years, which includes improvement in infrastructure like roads, drainage, sewerage and street lights.
He assured that the pace of development will continue in the city in future as well. The MLA said that the government is fully committed to providing better basic facilities to the city residents and more new development works will be started in the coming time. He appealed to the general public to also contribute in the cleanliness and development of the city so that Hoshiarpur can be made even more beautiful and developed.
On this occasion, Mayor Surinder Kumar, Senior Deputy Mayor Praveen Saini, Deputy Mayor Ranjit Chaudhary, Councilors Mohit Saini, Balveer, Ajay Sharda and Tirath Ram along with other dignitaries were also present. Everyone appreciated the efforts of the MLA.
