
Exciting matches on the fourth day of the 62nd All India Prince Harbhajan Singh Memorial Tournament
17 February Hoshiarpur- On the fourth day of the 62nd All India Prince Harbhajan Singh Memorial Football Tournament being organized at the sports ground of Sri Guru Gobind Singh Khalsa College Mahilpur under the leadership of Kulwant Singh Sangha, President of Principal Harbhajan Singh Sporting Club Mahilpur, the spectators thoroughly enjoyed the exciting matches.

During today's various matches, the players were introduced in the presence of Dr. Parampreet Singh Kandowal, Gaurav Aggarwal, Viramjit Bhanwra, Suchha Singh, Advocate Jasvir Singh Rai, Satwant Singh Satti Canada, writer Baljinder Mann, Kulwant Singh Sangha, Shivinderjit Singh Bains retired SP, Rupinderjot Singh, Prof. Ajit Langeri, Daljit Singh Bains, Principal Parwinder Singh, Engr. Tarlochan Singh and Suhail Gandhi as the chief guests.
In the first academy category match (under 18) of the day, JCT Football Academy Phagwara defeated DMSA Sri Anandpur Sahib by a margin of 2-0. The first goal of the match was scored by Rohit Kumar of Phagwara Club in the fifth minute of the match, while the second goal was scored by Harman in the 70th minute. In the second club category match of the day, JCT Academy defeated Rajasthan United Club by a margin of 3-1.
The first brilliant goal of the match was scored by Azadpal Singh of JCT in the 47th minute of the match, while Pritam Kumar of the opposing team scored a tremendous goal in the 60th minute of the match and equalized the match at 1-1. After this, JCT team players Rajwinder Singh and Pankaj scored brilliant goals in the 60th and 69th minutes of the match respectively, ensuring the victory of the team. In the first half of the match, no team could score a goal, but in the second half, Round Glass team scored ten goals and made the match one-sided.
Out of these, four goals were scored by fast bowler Omung Dodam. A large number of sports spectators from the area were present on the occasion.
