Patiala, February 12- Green Front Welfare Society organized a special function in the park built by the society, in which the new open gym established with the grant given by Health Minister Dr. Balbir Singh to Umang Welfare Foundation was inaugurated by Municipal Corporation Mayor Kundan Gogia, Senior Deputy Mayor Harinder Kohli and Deputy Mayor Jagdeep Jagga.
On this occasion, the above leadership appreciated the joint efforts of Green Front Welfare Society President Amrik Singh Bhullar, Umang Welfare Foundation President Arvinder Singh and their teams and said that in the coming time this gym will prove to be a boon for the good health of the people of the area. He said that with this gym, the people of the area will also be able to exercise while walking in the park.
General Secretary of 'Umang' Rajinder Singh Sudan said that the credit for setting up the open gym in the park goes to Health Minister Dr. Balbir Singh, due to whose efforts 'Umang' got the grant, due to which today an open gym has been established in the park of Tafjalpura. On this occasion, Green Front Welfare Society President Amrik Singh Bhullar welcomed Mayor Kundan Gogia and others and shared the problems being faced in the maintenance of the park and placed some demands, which Mayor Kundan Gogia assured to resolve.
On this occasion, apart from Senior Vice President of 'Umang' Anurag Acharya, Legal Advisor Advocate Yogesh Pathak, Member Dr. Gurdeep Singh, Gyan Chand, Pradeep Garg 'AAP' leader, Harmanpreet Singh Bhullar, Harpreet Singh Dhillon, Gulab Rai Garg, Umrao Singh, Rajinder Singh Pawar, Balwinder Singh, Gurinder Lali, Kuldeep Singh, Master Hardev Singh, Happy, Satnam Singh Sandhu, Kaka Kamboj, Sanjay, Gurcharan Singh, Naib Singh, other members of Green Front Welfare Society and area residents were also present.
