Patiala, February 11- Patiala Development Authority (PDA) under the leadership of Chief Administrator Manisha Rana and Additional Chief Administrator Jashanpreet Kaur took action against unauthorized colony in village Daulatpur and demolished the unauthorized colony being developed without permission in the green belt.
Under this campaign, PDA officials gave a clear message that strict action will be taken against the construction of any unauthorized colony in the jurisdiction of PDA Patiala. During this, PDA officials also gave the message that the general public should not invest their savings in any unauthorized colony by purchasing building/plot in any unauthorized colony so that they do not have to face any problem in future.
Apart from this, the officials said that apart from these colonies, notices have also been issued to some other unauthorized colonizers and if no proper reply or documents are received in this regard within the time given in the notice, similar action will be taken against them and FIR will also be registered under the sections of PAPRA Act 1995.
During this action, many other officials including Chief Administrator of PDA Patiala Manisha Rana were present.
