Garhshankar, February 6- The students of Government Senior Secondary School Dhamai performed excellently in the block level karate tournament organized by the Education Department Punjab under the Rani Lakshmi Bai Atam Suraksha at Government Senior Secondary School Pakhowal Bihari.
Today, the school staff honored these students. Giving information in this regard, School Principal Poonam Sharma and Khushwinder Kaur DPE said that in these competitions, Komal Class IX of Government Senior Secondary School Dhamai won the gold medal (first place) in 45+ kg weight, Sanjana Class IX - second place in 45 kg weight, Rukhsar Class IX - third place in 35 kg weight, Preeti Class XI - second place in 50+ kg and Simran Class XI - third place in -50 kg weight.
Mukesh Kumar, Kulwinder Kaur, Jasvir Singh, Paramjit Singh, Balkar Singh Maghania, Deepak Kaushal, Kamaljit Kaur, Seema, Madhu Sambyal, Complex Manager Surinder Kumar etc. were present while honoring the students.
