Desh Bhagat Global School celebrates Basant Panchami with creative displays

Mandi Gobindgarh, February 4 – The festival of Basant Panchami, dedicated to Maa Saraswati, the goddess of knowledge, music and arts, was celebrated with zeal and enthusiasm at Desh Bhagat Global School (DBGS). A special assembly was organised where students and teachers worshipped Goddess Saraswati and sought wisdom and divine blessings from her.

A special assembly was organised where students and teachers worshipped Goddess Saraswati and sought wisdom and divine blessings from her.
To make the occasion even more memorable, students showcased their creativity by making beautiful Basant-themed crafts including colourful paper kites. Students from classes 6 to 12 enjoyed the exciting kite-flying activity.
On this occasion, the school’s Chairman Dr. Zora Singh, General Secretary Dr. Tajinder Kaur and the school’s Principal Indu Sharma extended their warm wishes to all the students and staff.
