SAS Nagar, July 5- Martyrdom Day of Bhai Mani Singh Ji, the head Granthi of Sri Harmandir Sahib, was celebrated with great reverence at the historic Gurudwara Singh Shaheedan in the nearby village Sohana. In connection with this day, a religious gathering was organized throughout the day after the morning bhog of Sri Sahaj Path. In this religious gathering, the Dhadhi group of Bhai Tarsem Singh Bathinda narrated in detail to the Sangat the entire episode of the unique and indescribable martyrdom that Bhai Mani Singh Ji achieved by getting his body parts cut off for the sake of religion.
The Raggi group of Bhai Gurvinder Singh Gurudwara Dukh Nivaran Sahib Ludhiana tried to connect the Sangat with the Guru by connecting them with the divine words through their soulful kirtan. Bhai Subhkaran Singh, the famous preacher of Sri Darbar Sahib Amritsar, through his sermons, gave detailed information to the Sangat about the service of writing the holy form of Dhan Dhan Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji by hand by Bhai Mani Singh at Takht Sri Damdama Sahib Talwandi Sabo.
Apart from this, Bhai Lakhwinder Singh Sri Amritsar Sahib, Bibi Kirandeep Kaur's International Dhadhi Jatha, Bhai Samsher Singh Karnal Wale, Harjas Kirtani Jatha, Bhai Harpreet Singh Moge Wale, Sher-e-Punjab Kavishri Jatha, Mr. Pyare Nu Kirtani Jatha, Bhai Sukhwinder Singh's Jathas, besides Guru Singh Shaheedan's Huzuri Jatha Bhai Nitin Singh, Bhai Gurmeet Singh, Bhai Inderjit Singh and Bhai Gurnam Singh delighted the Sangat by reciting Hari Jas throughout the day through Katha, Kirtan, Kavishri and Gurmat thoughts.
Keeping in mind the day of the tenth Guru, the Sangat took a bath in the holy Sarovar of this place. The patients were examined by specialist doctors from various departments and medicines were given by the Guru Managing Committee. In the huge Amrit Sanchar organized on this day, a large number of people became followers of the Guru by drinking the Amrit of Khande Bate.
Guru ka Langar was distributed unbroken to the Sangat. The spokesperson of the Managing Committee said that the Martyrdom Day of Amar Shaheed Bhai Taru Singh Ji will be celebrated with great reverence on 16th July. On this day, after the Bhog of Sri Sahaj Path Sahib Ji in the morning, the Hazuri Ragi Jatha of Sri Darbar Sahib Amritsar, international Dhaadis and high class Panth famous preachers will delight the Sangat by reciting Harjas throughout the day. Guru ka Langar will be distributed unbroken.
