
Medical camp organised by District Mohali unit of Police Pensioner Welfare Association.
S.A.S. Nagar, June 7- A special medical camp was organised at Medicare Hospital (Riyat Bahra Complex) for the health of retired officers and employees from the police department of the district under the leadership of Police Pensioner Welfare Association, District SAS Nagar Unit.

Organised under the leadership of District President and Provincial General Secretary of the Association Mahinder Singh, Inspector (Retd.), various types of medical tests of retired employees were conducted during this camp. ECG was done, doctors related to diseases were consulted for treatment and medicines were also given.
Giving information in this regard, Mr. Mahinder Singh said that on this occasion a special seminar was also organised by the hospital, in which Dr. Vikas Mehra (Orthopedician), Dr. Rupali Lahoria (Chestologist), Dr. Hemant Yadav (General Surgeon), Dr. Bhandari (Thyroid Specialist), Dr. Sandeep Kaur (Neurologist) etc. gave detailed information about the prevention and treatment of diseases. The camp was managed under the supervision of Unit Head of Medicare Hospital, Harish Sharma.
Prominent leaders of the association, Paramjit Singh Malakpur, Dr. Daljit Singh Kailo, Manmohan Singh Kahlo, Rattan Singh Zirakpur, Amar Singh Paragpur (all retired Inspectors) and Satnam Singh, DSP (Retd) were present in the medical camp among others.
