Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, January 16: Under the guidelines of Mr. Gurmeet Singh Khudian, Cabinet Minister, Animal Husbandry, Fisheries and Dairy Development Department and able guidance of Mr. Kuldeep Singh Jassowal, Director, Dairy Development Department Punjab, Dairy Development Department/Punjab Dairy Development Board is organizing a 4 weeks Dairy Entrepreneurship Training Course on 20-01-2025 at Dairy Training Center Chatamli (Kurali Morinda Road), District Rupnagar to make dairy farmers efficient dairy managers.
Deputy Director Dairy Development Kashmir Singh, Dairy Development Department, District SAS Nagar informed that under the Dairy Udyam Training Scheme, training will be given only to those persons whose age is between 18 to 55 years, at least matriculation pass, belong to rural area and have at least 5 or more dairy animals or who have set up their own hi-tech dairy farm.
During the training, the trainees will be given information on breeds of dairy animals, artificial insemination for breeding, planning of green fodder production throughout the year, common diseases of dairy animals and their tests, preparation of products from milk, clean milk and fodder production.
