Garhshanker- Today, a meeting of Lok Bachao, Pind Bachao Sangharsh Committee Area Beet was held in village Mahindwani under the chairmanship of Pradhan Ashok Kumar Sharma. In this meeting, discussions were held about the pollution caused by industries and crushers in Himachal Pradesh. Serious notice was also taken of the illegal mining going on in the area.
All the members present unanimously proposed that we should fight every possible fight and struggle for a long time to stop this air, water, land and noise pollution. Before the fight, a campaign should be run to make the people of the village and the area aware again that the struggle will be done with full preparation. It is very unfortunate that the top officials of the Punjab government and administration did not take any stand on their promises with our Sangharsh Samiti in 2022-23 and did not take care of our suffering people.
People will soon be mobilized for this struggle. In this meeting, Pradhan Ashok Sharma Ji and members Roshan Singh Rana, Lambardar Darshan Kumar, Sarpanch Naresh Singh, Chaudhary Harbans Lal, Gurchain Singh Fauji, Ranjit Singh Bhubla, Mohan Lal Dhiman, Baljit Singh, Sham Lal, Principal Tarlochan Chechi Dangori, Comrade Garibdas Beaton, Tibbian, Gurpal Singh, Comrade Kulbhushan Kumar and Davinder Rana Mahindwani were present.
