Patiala, May 7 - The main election office of Shiromani Akali Dal's Patiala parliamentary constituency candidate NK Sharma was inaugurated today near a hotel on Central Jail Road, Patiala. On this occasion, recitations of Sri Sukhmani Sahib Ji were conducted, followed by Rasabhinna Kirtan of divine hymns and then the office was inaugurated after praying.

He said that AAP candidate Dr. Balbir Singh could not compensate the 400 farmer families of 24 villages for their acquired land due to which these villagers have stopped the entry of AAP and BJP candidates in the villages.
He said that the Congress workers are saddened and resentful of making Dr. Gandhi a candidate in this way. He said that now is the right time to unite every section with Akali Dal.
Addressing on this occasion, former minister Surjit Singh Rakhra said that there is anger among the people about the candidates of the three parties BJP, AAP and Congress and people are strongly supporting the Akali Dal.
