Patiala, December 31- DIG Patiala Range Mandeep Singh Sidhu has informed that on the basis of the Central Seniority Roster, a large number of constables posted in various districts under Patiala Range have been promoted to the rank of Officiating Head Constable after the meeting of the Departmental Promotional Committee (DPC).
He informed that as a New Year's gift, 73 constables of Patiala District, 19 constables of GRP, 18 constables of Sangrur, 10 constables of Barnala and 6 constables of Malerkotla have been promoted. He has congratulated these police personnel. He informed that a total of 126 police personnel, including 107 from 4 districts under DIG Patiala Range and 19 from GRP, have been given this promotion.
