Hoshiarpur- District Election Officer-cum-Deputy Commissioner Komal Mittal informed that the Chief Commissioner Gurdwara Elections has set the last date for registration for the elections of Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee (Board) as December 15. He said that as per the schedule, the preparation and printing of voter lists will be done from December 16, 2024 to January 2, 2025. After this, the voter lists will be published on January 3, 2025. He said that the last date for receiving claims and objections will be January 24, 2025. He said that claims and objections will be made as per Rule No. 10 (3) of the Sikh Gurdwara Board Elections, 1959 by February 5, 2025. After this, the supplementary lists will be prepared and printed on February 24, 2025. He also said that the final publication of the election lists of the Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee will be done on February 25, 2025.
