Patiala, December 4- In the series of initiatives being taken by the Language Department, Punjab for the promotion of Punjabi language, a one-day workshop on the topic of ‘Computer Requirements of Punjabi Language’ is being organized on December 9 (Monday) at Bhasha Bhawan, Patiala.

Director of the Language Department, Jaswant Singh Zafar said that during this workshop, eminent computer expert Dr. C.P. Kamboj and his colleagues will provide detailed practical information about the computer requirements of Punjabi language in the present era of machine intelligence. This workshop, consisting of two sessions, will continue from 10 am to 4 pm. An open invitation has been given to everyone, especially Punjabi writers, to participate in this workshop.
