CM's Yogashala in Derabassi is inspiring people to face chronic diseases through yoga

Giving more information, SDM Derabassi Amit Gupta said that yoga classes are being organized by expert yoga instructor Gurgeet Kaur at 6 places in Derabassi, in which the first class is held at Asset Homes, Zirakpur from 5.30 am to 6.30 am, second and third classes at Royal Moti, Zirakpur from 6.40 am to 7.40 am and 7.50 pm to 8.50 pm and fourth class at Silver City Extension, Zirakpur from 3.00 pm to 4.00 pm, fifth class at Royal Moti, Zirakpur from 4.10 pm to 5.10 pm and sixth class at Sushma Grand, Zirakpur from 5.20 pm to 6.20 pm. 
Where yoga training is given without any charge. He said that the aim of yoga classes is to enable people to solve their physical problems through practice and meditation by making small changes in their lifestyle. She said that while yoga removes physical problems, it provides mental peace.
Trainer Gurgeet Kaur said that many women who practice yoga with her have got relief from many physical diseases through yoga classes, for which they earlier had to take medicines regularly. She said that due to continuous yoga practice, Maneka has lost 12 kg weight.
Babli has got relief from knee pain and Kamaljeet from back pain. Trainer Gurgeet Kaur said that people are getting physical and mental satisfaction through yoga asanas. She said that anyone can become a part of these yoga classes and no fee is charged for this.
