Talking to reporters in this regard, Dr. Naresh Kumar Kambalan shared information that he was awarded the doctorate degree to Dr. Naresh Kumar at a function organized at Hotel Ashok in Delhi. During this, Dr. Naresh Kumar was also appointed as the National Vice President of the World Human Rights Protection Commission.
