Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, November 05, 2024: In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 6 (1) (e) of the Punjab Travel Professional Regulation Act-2012, The license of M/s Achiever Consultant Firm has been canceled by Additional District Magistrate Viraj Shyamkaran Tidke. According to the Additional District Magistrate, Proprietor of M/s Achiever Consultant Firm SCO No: 80, 2nd Floor, Phase-11, Mohali, District Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar; Tulsi Devi daughter of Chaman Lal Kondal wife of Vikas Garg Resident of Village Dharampur, Tehsil Kasauli, District Solan-173209, (Himachal); Hall Resident House No: 2843, Top Floor, Phase-7 Mohali, District Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar; and Proprietor Preeti, Daughter of Tara Singh Resident of House No.196, Railway Settlement, Sector-2 House No.169, Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh-244001; Hall No. 511, Phase-10, Sector-64, Mohali; was issued License No: 334/IC, dated 27.08.2019 for consultancy work. This license has expired on 26-08-2024.
 The Additional Deputy Commissioner said that according to the report of Tehsildar Mohali, due to the fact that no owner was found at the given address of the two owners; Registered letter of residential address and office address received undelivered; For not submitting the monthly report; For not renewing the license; For not sending monthly reports and advertisements; Due to office closure; By not complying with the terms of the license; By not replying/clarifying the notice; Violation has been committed by the firm and the licensee under the provisions of Section 6(1)(e) of the Punjab Travel Professional Regulation Act-2012.
 Therefore in view of the said facts in exercise of the powers conferred under the provisions of Section 6(1) (e) of the Punjab Travel Professional Regulation Act-2012; License No. 334/IC dated 27.08.2019 issued to M/s Achiever Consultant Firm has been revoked/cancelled with immediate effect.
 Apart from this, according to the Act/Rules, if any complaint etc. is received against the said company/firm/partnership or its licensees/directors/partners of the firm, then the said company/directors/partners/licensees will be responsible in all respects. And will also be responsible for compensating the same.
