Derabassi/SAS Nagar, November 04, 2024: Various developments going on in the city by Constituency Derabassi MLA Sardar Kuljit Singh Randhawa in the presence of Sub Divisional Magistrate at Derabassi, Amit Gupta, Constituency Municipal Committee officials, DSP Derabassi and Zirakpur. A review meeting was held regarding operations and law and order.
 On this occasion, while talking to the officials of various departments present in the meeting, he said that the development works going on in different parts of the city should be speeded up and instructed the concerned officials to complete all the work in time. The constituency MLA said that they are making efforts to provide maximum convenience to the people of the cities in the constituency and to make the city more beautiful. He said that the Aam Aadmi Party government will not allow any shortage of funds in the development works and the started works will be completed on time, for this instructions have been given to the concerned officials.
 Regarding law and order, he asked the police officers to be strict about security in the city. He said that at the road points in the city where there is more road traffic, a road map should be made to control the traffic and the traffic should be diverted so that any kind of road jam or accident can be avoided. Over speeding vehicles and Jabra crossings should be challaned on the spot and suspicious vehicles should be checked at checkpoints.
 MLA Kuljit Singh Randhawa said that the Aam Aadmi Party government in Punjab is the government elected by the people based on their wishes and dreams and under the leadership of Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann, the Punjab government is helping the people in their daily work. There is a commitment to solving problems with integrity. He asked to take appropriate action against the negligent officials.
 On this occasion, SDM Derabassi Amit Gupta, executive officers of departments, municipal committee officers, DSP Derabassi Bikramjit Brar and DSP Jirakpur Jaspinder Singh and other important personalities were also present.
