Ludhiana - MLA from Gill constituency Jivan Singh Sangowal felicitated the newly elected Sarpanchs and Panchs of various villages during the Panchayat elections. In this felicitation ceremony, MLA Sangowal specially felicitated Sarpanch Charanjit Singh Ranian and fellow Panchs and said that Panchayats are the backbone of democracy and are known as mini governments of villages and are highly trusted by the local people. He mentioned the selfless service of Charanjit Singh in village Ranian for decades and expressed hope to find better schemes.
