The Deputy Commissioner said that these children have unique talent, and the way the institute is working for their development is very inspiring. Appreciating the dedication of all the teachers and staff, he said that the role of such institutions is very important in improving the lives of Divyang children.
At present 91 children are registered in Prem Ashram, out of which 25 children are sponsored by the Himachal Pradesh Government. The Ashram has made a significant contribution not only in the field of education but also in mental, physical and emotional development.
The Deputy Commissioner said that the State Government is constantly striving for the welfare of the Divyangjans and the administration is also working with its full commitment in this direction. He assured that all possible help will be given to such institutions, so that the future of Divyang children can be made bright and secure.
District Welfare Officer Anita Sharma, Manager of Prem Ashram and other staff members were present on this occasion.
