Following are the details regarding the same.

Inaugural Function- 
The inaugural ceremony would be graced by S. Rajpal Singh Hundal, an eminent Olympian, former Captain Indian Hockey Team, and Arjuna Awardee, as the Chief Guest along with S. Baljit Singh, a renowned Olympian, Indian Hockey Team, Honorary Recognition Awardee, as the Guest of Honour.
