Hoshiarpur - Jahan Khelan Golf Club, Hoshiarpur organized a monthly medal round golf tournament on Sunday. Many golfers from the region participated in this prestigious tournament and showcased the game in an encouraging atmosphere.
 The winner of the competition was Dilbagh Singh Johal, District and Sessions Judge of Hoshiarpur, who got the first place in the tournament with his excellent performance. Along with him, club secretary Jaspal Singh Sodhi was also honored as a co-winner, who shared the title with a brilliant performance. Retired Lt Gen JS Dhillon and DSP Malkit Singh grabbed everyone's attention with their performance as the runners-up of this tournament.
His discipline and dedication to the game was commendable. Apart from this, the prize for the longest drive was given to Dr. Gurinder Singh Bajwa, who demonstrated his exceptional driving skills and won the category. Jahan Khelan Golf Club Captain Maninder Pal Singh informed that this tournament is a regular tradition of the club, which will be held every month.
Its purpose is not only to promote the game of golf in the region but also to provide a platform to new players.
