Dr. Baljit Kaur said that the minimum educational qualification of the applicant should be a graduate with LLB in first division and a pass in Punjabi up to tenth standard. He informed that a fixed salary/retainership fee of Rs.60,000 will be paid to the appointed person. The tenure of this post will be for two years but it can be extended up to five years. He further stated that the applicant should have three years of practical experience in the Punjab and Haryana High Court, Chandigarh or three years of working experience in the Legal and Legislative Affairs Department, Punjab/Advocate General's Office, Punjab or Punjab Judicial Service. of retired officer and applicant age should be between 35-62 years as on last date of receipt of applications.
