Mandi Gobindgarh, August 3 – Students of Desh Bhagat Global School visited Desh Bhagat University recently. The purpose of the visit, conducted for students from classes III to XII under the leadership of Principal Indu Sharma, was to give students a glimpse of university life and the various academic opportunities available.
Students got an opportunity to explore the state-of-the-art facilities including University Bakery, Pharmacy, Library, Supermarket, Engineering Department, Cooperative Society Bank. During this visit, students participated in interactive sessions and workshops conducted by faculty members of the university. The students thoroughly enjoyed the tour and thanked the school chairman Dr. Zora Singh and General Secretary Dr. Tajinder Kaur for conducting such a tour.
Desh Bhagat University Chancellor Dr Zora Singh while addressing the students emphasized the importance of higher education and its role in personal and professional development.
