Patiala- Brahmin Samaj Welfare Front Punjab State President Advocate Harinder Sharma Kaurjiwala and the entire team took the blessings of Mata Ji from Sri Kali Mata Temple and met the Honorable Deputy Commissioner Patiala regarding the demands, through whom a memorandum was sent to the Honorable Chief Minister Punjab Mr. Bhagwant Singh Mann Ji.
Through the memorandum, the Punjab government was appealed to revive the Brahmin Welfare Board, Punjab, pay the salaries/facilities due to the employees/priests working in the temples of Punjab and revive the Sanskrit language in Punjab. The Brahmin community in Punjab, being an unrepresented class in social, economic, educational and political terms, demands that steps be taken for social welfare in an organized manner.
We wholeheartedly welcome the decision of the Aam Aadmi Party government to include Sanskrit language as an option in the P.T.E.T. examination. Brahmin Samaj Welfare Front Punjab has been appealing to the Punjab government for a long time through social media/newspapers to fulfill the demands, but the Brahmin community is being continuously ignored by the Punjab government.
So Brahmin Samaj Welfare Front Punjab is appealing to the Punjab government to fulfill the demands. Advocate Navdeep Sharma (Legal Advisor), Dharampal Raipur Mandla (President Rural), Bhushan Sharma Jorian Bhattian President District Patiala, Triloki Nath Vice President, Anjali Pandey Secretary, Anita Sarada, Chandu Ram Secretary, Ajay Sharma President Youth Wing, Atma Ram Dhablan, Chand Singh, Advocate Kamal Sharma, Ashwini Bhaskar Shastri General Secretary Punjab, Advocate Ashwini Sharma, Krishan Sharma Panjola Sarpanch, Naval Gautam President Assembly Constituency Patiala, Satpal Prashar, Ashok Prashar, Madan Sharma, Shankar Sharma etc. were present.
