Hoshiarpur - Cabinet Minister Punjab Brahm Shankar Jimpa held an open court in his office on Saturday and Sunday and listened to the problems of the people. During this time, he heard about 1000 complaints and gave instructions to the concerned officials to solve them. He said that this open court is an important part of the plans for public relations and administrative reform on the instructions of Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann. Cabinet Minister Bram Shankar Jimpa personally met the people and listened to their grievances and problems in detail while organizing the Open Darbar. Under this initiative, people presented their problems before the minister, which included complaints about basic facilities, government schemes and various local issues. Cabinet Minister Jimpa listened carefully to the complaints of the citizens and directed the concerned departments to resolve several issues. He said that this court is a forum to establish direct contact with the people. We want citizens' problems to be heard and resolved. Our government aims to provide facilities and justice to every citizen and for this we are constantly striving. On this occasion, attention was given to local issues, which included police, road construction, water supply, education facilities, municipal corporation, revenue, rural development and panchayat departments, electricity and health services etc. Bram Shankar Jimpa assured that all complaints will be investigated and appropriate action will be taken. He assured the citizens that their problems would be taken seriously and resolved soon. He also appealed to the people to get information about the schemes and programs of the government and take advantage of them. He told the public that the government is providing various types of assistance schemes and services from which they can get benefits. Appreciating this initiative, the local people expressed their gratitude to the Cabinet Minister and said that the open court was an important opportunity for them, through which their problems could reach the administration directly.
